Shakespeare’s curse on the candidates’ field participating in the Republican Party presidential nomination debates of 2011

Fillet of a Michelle snake,
In the caldron boil and bake;
Eye of Newt, and toe of Mitt,
Wool of Ron, & tongue of Jon,
Perry’s fork, Santorum’s sting,
Herman’s leg, an owlet’s wing,—
For a charm of powerful trouble,
Like a hell-broth boil and bubble.

Double, double toil and trouble;
Fire burn, and caldron bubble.

(extracted and modified from Act IV Sc 1 of the Scottish Play)
